Our Services

Pet Care

We exist to help you better care for your pet. Preventative health care is our goal. With an
understanding of available preventative products, vaccines, dentistry, diet, and surgical
procedures we attempt to form a bond with you to partner in the mutual care of your pet.

ROUTINE WELLNESS EXAMS

We recommend twice a year physical examinations – particularly in pediatric and
geriatric patients. Early diagnosis makes treatment not only more successful but saves
both lives and money. Prevaccination physicals are a must to assure your pet is healthy
so its immune system produces the highest degree of immunity with any vaccine
administered. Discussions of seasonal parasitic problems aid in our helping you choose
the best product available for your pet’s environment.

DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPUTIC SERVICES

Utilizing 30 years of diagnostic experience with the help of both in-house and local
external laboratories and radiology we strive to get your pet back to its active, healthy
lifestyle as soon as possible.

We operate a complete pharmacy for all your pets prescription needs. Our pharmacy
also has the best preventative drugs available for your pet’s flea and tick prevention at
competitive prices.

DENTISTRY

Your pet’s teeth are of primary concern –not only for those up close moments – but for
their longevity. We offer prophylactic cleaning and polishing as well as dental procedures
that include extractions as well as fixation of fractured mandibles. Our local dental
community has helped us perform root canals and other procedures beyond our training.

APPOINTMENT POLICY
Your time is valuable to you. Therefore we operate primarily by appointments. Appointments can be made on-line on this site or by using your smart-phone or by calling 573-893-4030.
“Drop off” appointments are also available for your convenience. Your pet can be left with us on your way to work and picked up on your way home. There is no extra fee for this service. All pets brought to our hospital must be on a leash, in a pet carrier, or in your arms. This is for the safety of your pet as well as all others.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is expected at the time of service or prior to the discharge of your pet. We accept personal checks, cash, debit cards, Master Charge, or Visa only. Ask about our “hold Check” payment method for times when necessary services are needed that are outside your budget. Our hospital receives no support from charitable organizations therefore, our payment policy has no exceptions so we can maintain all our services.
